In the custom dictionary you put in the words you use that you don't want auto corrected to something else. So as you don't want IM you also don't want it in the dictionary! My problem is just irritating. When I type im it is always corrected to IM. I want it to autocorrect to I'm. I put IM in the Company field of a contact. What have I done wrong?
