I saw the beta for Missing Sync for Blackberry 2.0. If it was my own BlackBerry Bold I was trying to get working with my Mac, I'd have done it. But it is for a client who already feels like he has been a bit of a guinea pig for RIM, Mark Space, or both. So I am reluctant to try a beta on him.

I also find that Missing Sync has been less than open about the fact that there are such issues with their software, and until it says for sure that it works with the Bold (or your money back) I shall be unlikely to implement it.

Of course, if anyone has a Bold or Storm lying around they would donate to me to experiment with, I'd be more than happy... but that is a tad unlikely.

Missing Sync has always worked well for me, until I got a Bold. It did not really work well for me either. A week or two a go I started using the Beta for their upcoming release and it has been working like a charm. Frankly I am not to keen on Google having my contacts anyway. I suspect it will be released pretty soon.

Thanks Luca. I'll suggest that to my client. And thank you for introducing me to Tweetdeck; I am going to have fun with that!
